Site visit & design
We visit your garden, take measurements and discuss the layout, size, use and finish options. You leave with a clear picture of what's possible.
Fixed written quote
A full written price covering groundworks, structure, insulation, electrics and internal fit-out. No estimates — a number you can hold us to.
Foundation & frame
Concrete footings are poured, damp-proof membrane laid and the structural timber frame erected. This stage sets the quality of everything that follows.
Fit-out & handover
Insulation, cladding, roofing, electrics and interior finish are completed in sequence. We hand over a clean, fully working space ready to use from day one.
Built, insulated and wired —
everything in one price.
Year-round warmth
Full floor, wall and ceiling insulation is included on every build. The space performs in midwinter without an industrial heater running constantly.
Fully wired interiors
Lighting, double sockets, consumer unit and heating circuit are all handled in-house. No subcontractors, no retrofitting, no extra invoices.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most before a site visit.

In most cases, no. Garden structures under 25m² and below a certain ridge height are exempt from planning permission in Ireland under Class 3 of the Planning and Development Regulations. The exemption applies provided the structure is not used as a separate dwelling and does not occupy more than 25% of the garden. We will advise on your specific situation during the site visit and flag anything that needs attention before work starts.

A standard cabin build takes two to three weeks from groundworks start to handover, depending on size and fit-out complexity. Home gym builds with additional electrical work or specialist fit-out can take a little longer. We will give you a specific programme when we price the job and keep you updated throughout. We do not rush the foundation cure time — the concrete is given adequate time to set before the frame goes up.

Yes — insulation, lighting, sockets and heating can all be added to any cabin installation. We handle the electrical work in-house so there is no need to bring in a separate electrician. If you want the cabin to be usable year-round, we will spec the insulation and heating from the start so the space performs properly in winter as well as summer. Just tell us how you plan to use it and we will advise on what's needed.
